Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipe is formed from a single steel plate rolled into a cylinder and welded along one straight seam using submerged arc welding on both the inside and outside, followed by full-body expansion and 100% non-destructive testing. The single-seam construction and heavy wall capability make LSAW pipe the preferred choice for large-diameter, high-pressure long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines, offshore risers and piling, where dimensional accuracy and weld integrity are critical. Available with 3PE/FBE external anti-corrosion coating and internal cement mortar or epoxy lining on request.
